
Astley V.I.P Amateur Boxing Club has joined forces with PC Andy Wright of Greater Manchester Police to promote the "Nowt 2 Do?" scheme in the Atherton, Tyldesley, Leigh and Astley areas.
The scheme aims to aim to provide a series of activities to young people who have not been in any Anti Social Behaviour at school or in the community. The majority of activities are open to school years 6 – 11.
"Nowt 2 Do?" has been developed by Greater Manchester Police in association with Wigan Council's Leisure and Culture Trust, and involves the majority of primary and secondary schools in the area. More information is available about the scheme as a whole from the individual school web pages...

As part of the scheme Astley V.I.P will provide 1 week of FREE training sessions for each pupil that comes down to the gym and quotes "Nowt 2 Do?". Training sessions are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6pm.
Pupils are reminded that they will be required to abide by the rules and regulations of Astley V.I.P when they come to the gym. You must also remember to bring your completed permission slip which MUST be signed by your parents. Permission slips can be downloaded and printed from here... WORD / PDF
